1. Cut the stem & floret into bite-sized piecies.
2. In a pan add chicken stock & broccoli, then cook until broccoli is tender.
3. Remove broccoli from saucepan, chop coarsley & keep aside.
1. Now in the sauce pan add milk, salt, pepper to the stock & allow it to boil.
2. Then add cream, broccoli & stir well.
3. Heat the soup, but not allow it to boil.
4. Now Broccoli Cheddar Soup is ready. Top it with cheese at each serve.
