Breakfast Egg Muffins

Serves: 10 – 12


Ingredients:

Large eggs – 10
Milk – 1/3 cup
White Cheddar Cheese – 1 cup
Bacon (coked) – 3/4 cup
Salt – 1/4 tsp
Pepper – 1/4 tsp
Fresh minced chives – 1 tsp

Method:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.In a large glass mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk & whisk well.
2. Stir in 3/4 cup cheese, cooked bacon, salt, and pepper. Divide mixture evenly among 12 greased muffin cups.



3. Sprinkle over the remaining 1/4 cup cheese and fresh chives.
4. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes & after muffins are beginning to brown.
5. Now Egg Muffins breakfast is ready to serve.
