Paneer Fried Rice

Serves: 2
Ingredients:

Basmati rice (cooked) – 1 cup
Paneer – 1 cup
Spring onions (chopped) – 2
Capsicum (chopped) – 1/2
Carrot (chopped) – 1
Chilli sauce – 1 tsp
2 tbsp soy sauce
Salt to taste
Oil – 2 tsp
Pepper (crushed) – 1/2 tsp

Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan, also add chopped vegetables like capsicum, carrot & cook.
2. Add chopped panner & saute for few mins.
3. Now add chilli sauce, soy sauce and salt. Mix well till it gets mixed well.
4. Add cooked basmati rice & crushed pepper.
5. Fry for a few mins till the rice and vegetables mix well.
6. Now garnish with few chopped spring onions green.
7. Tastiest Paneer Fried Rice is ready to serve.
