Lemon – 1/2
White tequila – 1/2 cups
Triple sec or cointreau – 2 tsp
Freshly squeezded lemon – 2 tsp
Ice cubes – 4
Salt as needed
1. Rub the rims of two cocktail glasses with the lime or lemon.
2. Pour some salt into a saucer and dip in the glasses so that the rims are frosted.
3. Combine the tequila, Triple sec or cointreau, and lime and lemon juice in a jug and stir to mix well.
4. Pour the tequila mixture into the prepared glasses. Add the ice cubes and serve immediately.
