Dry red table wine – 1 L
Freshly squeezed orange juice – 150 ml
Freshly squeezed lemon juice – 50 ml
Caster sugar – 115 g
Ice cubes needed
Apple or lemon sliced to serve – 1
1. Half fill a large jug with ice cubes. Pour in the wine & the orange and lime juices.
2. Add sugar and stir well until it has dissolved.
3. Pour into tall glasses and float the lime or apple slices on top.
4. Now Sangria is ready to serve. Serve immediately.
