Spicy Yogurt Soup

Ingredients:
Yogurt (beaten) – 2 cups
Gram flour – 4 tsp
Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Green chilli (chopped) – 3
Vegetable oil – 4 tsp
Dried red chilli (whole) – 4
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Curry leaves – 3
Garlic cloves (crushed) – 3
Ginger (crushed) – 2 psc
Coriander leaves – some
Salt to taste

Method:
1. Mix together the yogurt, gram flour, turmeric powder, salt & strain them into pan.
2. Add the green chilli & cook gently for 10 mins & stir well. Don’t let the soup boil over.
3. Now heat oil in a pan and fry garlic, ginger, dry red chilli, cumin seeds ,curry leaves & fry them until the chilli turns black.
4. Then pour the oil, spices over the yogurt & heat for 5 mins.
5. Serve it hot & garnish with the coriander leaves garnished.
